EB-5 Investment Immigration Program
The EB-5 Investment Immigration Program is an immigrant visa program established by the U.S. Congress in 1990. It falls under the fifth preference category of employment-based visas. The program requires overseas investors to invest a minimum of $800,000 in a USCIS-approved regional center commercial project in the United States and create 10 employment positions. The primary applicant, along with their spouse and unmarried children under the age of 21, can obtain U.S. permanent residency. The EB-5 program primarily focuses on the legality of the investment funds' source and does not have specific requirements regarding the applicant's education or language proficiency. The total cost of the program is approximately 500,000 RMB, and the whole family can obtain green cards in as fast as 2-3 years. After meeting certain conditions, citizenship can be applied for.
US EB5 Treaty Investor Visa Application Requirements
1. The primary applicant must be at least 14 years old
2. The applicant's family must have a net worth of $1 million to $2 million
3. The applicant must have $800,000 of liquid funds from a lawful source
4. The investment must be made in a USCIS-approved Targeted Employment Area (TEA) project
5. The applicant must provide a clean criminal record
6. The applicant must not have any significant contagious diseases

審批通過後進入NVC排期，排期到後遞交主副申的公證文件及DS-260表格、支付簽證審理費後審理
申請勞工卡

簽證面試
NVC審核通過後會安排面試，收到面試通知後需先體檢在面試。
提交移民申請
勞工卡獲批後，由律師協助客戶向美國移民局(USCIS)提移民請願，遞交FormI-140(Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker) 加急最快15個工作天完成
登陸
面試通過，在移民簽證有效期限內登陸美國，入境美國1-2個月後綠卡會郵寄到客戶登記的美國地址。
