Immigration to South Korea can be achieved through various investment options. One such option involves depositing 300 million/500 million/1.5 billion Korean won in a Korean bank (which can be combined with real estate investment). After five years in the F2 stage, individuals can obtain the F5 permanent residency status in South Korea. Once permanent residency is acquired, the deposited funds can be withdrawn without affecting the residency status. The application requirements are lenient, allowing for the inclusion of dependent children beyond the age limit. There are no residency requirements, and the process can be as fast as six working days to obtain the residency status. The investment is flexible, with no management fees during the deposit period, and funds can be withdrawn at any time.
Immigration to South Korea: Application Requirements
1. Deposit Option [Principal Returned after 5 Years (in Korean Won)]
(1) Applicants aged 55 or above: Deposit 300 million Korean won (approximately $250,000 USD / 1.6 million RMB) + Asset proof equivalent to 300 million Korean won
(2) Applicants aged below 55: Deposit 500 million Korean won (approximately $410,000 USD / 2.6 million RMB)
(3)Direct permanent residency for depositing 1.5 billion Korean won (approximately $1.21 million USD / 7.85 million RMB)
2. Combination of Deposit and Real Estate Investment
(1) Applicants aged 55 or above: Deposit and real estate investment totaling 300 million Korean won + Asset proof equivalent to 300 million Korean won
(2) Applicants aged below 55: Deposit and real estate investment totaling 500 million Korean won
(3) Deposit and real estate investment totaling 1.5 billion Korean won for direct permanent residency
3. Conversion to Permanent Residency (F5) requires a domestic criminal record certificate, while it is not required during the F2 stage
4. The application is for a single individual, and spouses and unmarried children can also enjoy permanent residency rights without any financial explanation requirements
